A movement-focused approach built on clinical training, real-world activity, and helping people stay capable in everyday life.
Hello, I am the owner and founder of Ironshell Mobility. My background includes a doctorate in chiropractic, exercise science, and a lifelong respect for how much movement shapes the way we live.
I grew up staying active through hockey, baseball, football, snowboarding, hunting, fishing, golfing, and time outdoors. Being around sports and activity from a young age gave me a real appreciation for how quickly tightness, poor movement, and small limitations can start taking away from the things people love to do.
As I moved through the chiropractic path, I became more drawn to helping people stay ahead of bigger problems rather than waiting until they were already dealing with major setbacks. I saw how small movement limits can steal time from work, family, sports, and everyday life, especially when they turn into injury, surgery, repeated therapy visits, or long treatment plans. I wanted to build something focused on preserving movement, supporting recovery, and helping people stay capable for as long as possible.
That is what Ironshell Mobility is built around. My goal is to help people move better, feel more confident in their bodies, and keep doing what they love for as many years as possible. Sessions combine assisted stretching, mobility work, breathing strategies, and movement principles in a way that is personalized, practical, and designed to carry over into real life.
The goal is not to chase a temporary stretch. It is to understand what your body needs, work within your comfort level, and build mobility that can carry into real life.
That may mean more freedom during sports, easier movement at work, better recovery between activities, or simply feeling more capable during normal daily routines.
Movement quality should carry over into the activities, relationships, and routines that make life feel full.
Mobility work should carry over into sports, outdoor activity, and the routines that make life feel full.
Supporting comfort, stamina, and confidence for outdoor moments that matter.
Helping rotation, balance, and coordination stay comfortable and repeatable.
Supporting smoother movement and confidence for the activities you want to keep enjoying.
A professional, movement-based service built to deliver more than a temporary stretch.
This is not just passive stretching. Sessions focus on how your whole body moves and functions, not only short-term looseness.
Guided by Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization principles and functional movement strategies for real-life carryover.
You can receive a personalized mobility session in your own space without extra travel or clinic wait times, or schedule at Back to Baseline in Mount Pleasant for added flexibility.
Whether your goals involve sport, work, recovery, or everyday comfort, the session is shaped around what matters to you.
When appropriate for a client's condition and comfort, sessions may be adapted for individuals with limited mobility or extended time in bed.
New clients begin with a movement screening so the work is guided by actual needs, restrictions, and goals.
